Our marine sales team is the focal point of our customers. MAN Rollo is a company founded almost 100 year ago and has a lot of experience in the marine field. This stretches from the huge MAN B&W engines to the high speed engines for propulsion and gen-sets for power generation.
Our sales organisation is supported by an excellent after sales team which includes mechanics who work world wide on MAN engines and gen-sets. We offer installation supervision, commissioning, maintenance and repair. Special engine service is also available through the MAN world wide service network. The marine spare parts department arranges a prompt supply of parts from our own warehouses.
Our commitment.
The generating sets are assembled to meet the highest quality standards. Each gen-set will be factory tested before shipment. Full load tests for individual sets or parallel operation is provided. All testing according to classification societies rules are performed in the presence of the classification society’s surveyor.
MAN Rollo Generating sets are designed by highly qualified engineers. The sets are laid out for highest durability and reliability. The design of the marine generating sets complies with the latest rules of all international classification societies.
MAN Rollo Emergency and Auxiliary Generating sets are equipped with MAN high speed diesel engines. Depending on the required output the engines are turbocharged and intercooled, which complies to the latest rules of regulations about exhaust gas emissions.
The Emergency Generating sets can be equipped with different sources of energy for starting the set, even under the conditions of dead ship. The Auxiliary Generating sets are designed for continuous operation such as main power supply of ships, equipped with an electric or air starting system. All sets are equipped with a complete instrument panel, alarm sensors, shutdown equipment and equipment for parallel operation. And the sets are designed for an easy installation on board.
