MAN Rollo offers it’s customers a cost effective rebuild exchange and re-bearing program for all GHH-RAND screw compressor air ends and stages.

This exchange and re-bearing program includes all rotary GHH-RAND oil free and oil injected screw compressors.

All exchange compressors are assembled from new and thoroughly checked used parts in line with the same guidelines and specifications as for new compressors. All wearable parts, such as anti-friction bearings or seals, are replaced by new parts. Every exchange compressor is tested and shipped with a test certificate. Thanks to the above, we guarantee that the exchange compressors yield the same reliable performance as new.

The exchange compressor program can for example be used as part of a very cost effective preventative maintenance replacement program.

safe restart by using a tested exchange compressor
